The story of People Welfare Lab unknowingly started over 20 years ago. Young talents having little to no experience in the corporate world, blissfully unaware of the corporate future ahead. Then slowly, as the years went on and jobs, companies and different roles started piling one after another, we realised that vast majority of these organisations, whether they were small, medium or global corporations, all have one common denominator: little to no attention is being given to employee experience and satisfaction. Sure, there were official try outs and attempts but not much was ever truly changed.

As the years went on, we started contemplating about an organisation that would actually take into consideration the voice of its employees and not just that, but take those voices and do something about it. This is when the idea of a service provider came about. Service to companies of any size. Service that would secure deep understanding, strategy and practical advice of how employees experience can be enhanced to the levels of feeling of belonging, unity, vision and walking together towards the same goal while simultaneously having a sense of reward and satisfaction.
