“People Welfare Lab wasn’t founded as a business plan. It grew out of my own experience. Over more than two decades, moving through different roles, teams, and organisations, I kept noticing the same pattern: employee experience was often talked about, but rarely treated as something that truly mattered. Regardless of company size or industry, people were expected to adapt — while the system stayed unchanged.

Over time, that realisation became difficult for me to ignore. It felt clear that work environments could be designed differently — in ways where employee voices are not only heard, but genuinely acted upon. People Welfare Lab was created to help organisations understand how work is actually experienced and to turn that understanding into practical, human-centered solutions.

We spend a significant part of our lives at work. That time should feel purposeful, balanced, and sustainable.
